How Things Work at Venkovská romance
At Venkovská romance, we believe that comfort comes from the little things – peace, respect, and consideration for others.
Below you will find information about your stay to help you settle in quickly and enjoy your time to the fullest.

(hereinafter referred to as the “Lessor”)
1. Reservations and Payments
To prepare your stay at Venkovská romance with the utmost care, the following rules apply:
• A reservation becomes binding once a deposit of 50% of the total stay price has been paid to the Lessor’s bank account. The deposit is due within 5 business days after the reservation is confirmed.
• At the same time, please provide the names, dates of birth, and contact details of all guests.
• The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before arrival.
• Last-minute stays: For reservations made less than 14 days before arrival, payment of 100% of the stay price is required in advance.
• The maximum capacity of the property is 8 guests in order to preserve peace, comfort, and the atmosphere of the place. Unregistered persons cannot be accommodated.
• Security deposit: A refundable security deposit of CZK 2,000 is collected upon arrival as a guarantee against damage, excessive soiling, or violation of the house rules.
• If the property is handed over in good condition at departure, the security deposit will be refunded in full.
2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can sometimes change. However, to ensure fairness for both parties, the following applies:
• Cancellation 31 or more days before arrival: cancellation fee of 30% of the stay price.
• Cancellation 30 or fewer days before arrival: cancellation fee of 100% of the stay price.
• In the event of early departure, the remaining balance of the stay price is non-refundable.
• If the stay must be canceled by the Lessor due to a serious technical issue, 100% of all payments made will be refunded within 5 days, and as an apology, we offer a 15% discount on your next stay.
3. Arrival and Departure
• Arrival (check-in): between 2:00–3:00 PM, or by prior arrangement.
• Departure (check-out): by 10:00 AM, or by agreement. A joint inspection of the property will take place at departure.
• If everything is in order, the security deposit will be returned immediately on site.
4. House Rules – For Everyone’s Peace and Comfort
Wellness – Sauna and Hot Tub
The wellness area is a place for rest and relaxation.
• The facilities are used at your own risk.
• Showering before entering the hot tub is mandatory.
• Please do not bring food, drinks, glass, or cosmetics into the hot tub.
• Access is not permitted to persons under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances.
• Children may use the wellness area only under the supervision of adults, who are responsible for their safety.
Pets
Four-legged companions are welcome here – with respect for the property.
• Stays with pets are possible by prior arrangement; the fee is CZK 150 per night.
• Pets are not allowed on the beds (fine of CZK 1,000).
• Please clean up pet waste on the property and in its surroundings.
• The property must be handed over clean and free of any traces of the pet at departure.
General Rules
• Smoking: Smoking and the use of open flames are not permitted inside the property (exceptions are the fireplace and grill).
• Footwear: To help maintain a homely atmosphere, we kindly ask you to remove your shoes indoors.
• Quiet hours: Between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, please respect the peace and quiet for yourselves and the surroundings. Repeated violations may result in termination of the stay.
• Waste: Do not dispose of sanitary items or solid waste in the toilet. Please place plastics in the designated bags.
Responsibility and Care for the Property
• Guests use the property, garden, and equipment at their own risk.
• The Lessor is not responsible for injuries or loss of personal belongings, including parked vehicles.
• Please report any defects or damage without delay.
• The guest is liable in full for any damage exceeding the amount of the security deposit.
• In the event of excessive or careless energy consumption, the Lessor reserves the right to claim compensation for the additional costs.
Final Provisions
• Accommodation is provided on the basis of an accommodation agreement pursuant to Section 2326 et seq. of the Civil Code.
• By paying the deposit, the guest confirms that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
• In the event of serious or repeated violations of the rules, the stay may be terminated without compensation.
• The Lessor is not liable for any limitations of the stay caused by force majeure.
• Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR, exclusively for the purposes of guest registration and accounting.
